Welcome to secured core. We are in the years 3200. In 2038, a radioactive-like apocalypse happened because of one single man. This man created a mutant with the power of an atomic bomb. This creature broke free, and caused a radioactive chaos around the world. "Mutants" started to appear, either live animal changing to a mutated appearance or normal animals giving birth to mutants. When the radioactivity died down, mutants were hunted and killed. Some weren't, they were sent to a island called Uqrose into a government-founded facility that hold mutants and keep them away from human population. Keep in mind that this role-play isn't "canon" to my original idea. Its also sort-of scp inspired in the way mutants are handled, but isn't a copy.
